ATT 50 cent check

Cingular wireless billed us 50 cents for our last bill. 

Craig paid $1.00 through" bill pay"

( no postage).

ATT refunded him a 50 cent check and it took them 36 cents to send it by mail. Plus the 38 cents for the orginal bill. Paper , postage and posting the 50 cent bill must of cost ATT over $3.00 to $4.00 dollars. Insane!

Carrisa and Sophie made cupcakes for our neighbors and to help me with my V.T.'s.( I'm so glad I have creative girls) Carrisa got really creative and made turkey cupcakes that looked like they were asleep and dead surprised and bored. Carrisa is so creative. I had to put my screaming doll in the pictures to add drama. Aren't they cute!

Craig and Mary "one year" Sealing Anniversary

Today Craig and I have been sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple ..One year!

We have been married 2 years and known each other for 4 years! Where does time go??

Craig and I are very blessed with great kids, Brett and Charlotte, Carrisa, Gabriel and Ashley, Sophie and Cannon our little grandson, Polo our grand dog and New Baby on the way with Ashley and Gabriel! Life is good and we are loving life as it comes our way!

Racking System

Sophie and her best friend Felicity are trying to earn money to go to "Body World" a display about real muscles created in  different forms and shapes. The

 tickets are a little pricey and I told the girls that if they earned the money, I would take them. They decided to do a Racking Service...here is their flyer........ what do you think?

Halloween 2008

Pics from halloween. Cannon was a ninja and very rambunctious.

 Ashley still won't let Grandma (me) to give him any suckers ...( just kidding Ashley) I had to bribe him with 5 dum-dum suckers to let me spray his hair black. Look at Lucy, she has a witches cape on. I was wearing the Blue wig, but coerced Carrisa to wear it to come to our church Halloween Party. We all had fun. Carrisa looks good in Blue hair don't ya think? and commented that she's going to dye her hair blue from now on and not when she is 72 y.o.! 

McDonald's Turquoise Arches

Craig and I went to Sedona Arizonia for a 'Healing Seminar' and continuing education. We had a good trip down and found that Sedona would not allow 'McDonald's' to put up yellow Golden Arches. They were required to make them turquoise to accomadate the scenic flow and colors of Sedona. Pretty cool.  We learned many things from John F. Barnes founder of 'Myofacial Release' therapy. I will be able to use this method with a selected few of my patients, in helping them to recover from head, neck and diaphragm restrictions along with my traditional therapy in the medical field.

 Craig and I are using the techniques we learned and it has been very helpful for healing our own muscle restrictions on a daily basis. It takes practice and time for healing your own body, but worth the time!  I love this therapy and wish I could teach it to everyone I come in contact with.
